Slovenia.
Klavdij Sluban is a french photographer with intimate roots with Slovenia. Originally coming from the country, he has a unique attachment to the new project “If Slovenia Were.” The project Sluban is curating includes the work of 18 upcoming Slovenian photographers. These works were created over the last years and further developed with Sluban whenever he visited his country of origin. All works revolve around the theme “If Slovenia Were” but were interpreted freely allowing for creative diversity. The exhibition is now to be seen until 21st of April 2019 at the Rajhenburg Castle in Brestanica, Slovenia. Accompanying this exhibition is also a collection of 19 notebooks detailing every artist individually with notes from Sluban, the curator of the whole ambitious project.
